What is your cancellation policy?
For online mastering and in compliance with EC regulations on distance selling over the internet you have the right to cancel before work has begun on your job or if work has not begun, within seven working days of the contract starting (when your order was placed). We will generally begin work on your mastering as soon as files are received so at this point no refund will be possible.
For attended mastering all sessions booked may be cancelled with 7 days prior notice. Within 7 days a cancellation fee equivalent to a 2 hour session will be charged.
